Refund policy

1. Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

2. Faulty or damaged products
If your product is faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure:

• You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product is returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (eg, a receipt or order confirmation).

Returns process

1. Contact us
   Email or call us with your order details and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation
   We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Returns must be approved by us before sending the item back.
3. Shipping
   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. Assessment and resolution
   Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Non-refundable items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
• Items purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable laws.
